Wednesday
· Do the Fast Read homework, record time for Wednesday and return in folder.
· Read a book and record on the Reading Rams sheet and Book It!
· Practice writing/spelling sight words, see, the, I, and am.
· Practice oral counting forward 1-35 and backward 20-0.
Thursday
· Do the Fast Read homework, record time for Thursday and
return in folder.
· Read a book and record on the Reading Rams sheet and Book It! (make sure your child points to words as he/she reads)
· Begin the Homelink 2.13 page “Penny Jar”. Keep the page at home to refer to. Next week, you may send in a picture of your child’s penny jar if you like with a record of how many pennies your child has and what he/she estimated the amount to be. Or, you can send a digital photo (optional) to my email address at school (Tabitha.Piland@vbschools.com) and I will print out for your child to share.
· Admirals reading log sheets are due TOMORROW to receive the free tickets! Parents, make sure you SIGN the log for credit.
