Homework:
Monday: Do Monday Word Study homework-cut out your regular sorts and sort them and do the Sort and Write homework. Also, remove the white short vowel note and cut the vowel sorts and do the sort. Keep this at home and practice as much as possible for the next 2 weeks. Read the Field Day T-shirt note and keep the Parental Explanation and Recommendations for the 4th grading period in Math. Remove the words seven & eight from the Ziploc bag in the folder and keep them at home to practice reading and spelling. Your child can tell you sentences with these words. Practice orally counting by 1’s to 155. Read a book and write on the Reading Rams sheet.
Tuesday: Do the Tuesday night word study homework and practice the vowel sorts. Remove the Homelink 7*9 Collections of Number Names and do the page-this will be due on Friday. Practice counting by 2’s to 30. Practice identifying pennies, nickel, dimes and quarters and give their worth. Review letters sounds A-K. Count backwards from 25-0. ALL LIBRARY BOOKS ARE DUE TOMORROW-PLEASE PUT IT IN YOUR BOOK BAG TONIGHT.
Wednesday: Do the Wednesday word study homework and practice the vowel sorts. Read the Kindergarten graduation picture reminder note. Practice orally counting by 5’s and 10’s to 150 and 2’s to 30. Practice letter sounds L-Z. Kindergarten graduation pictures are tomorrow.
Thursday: Do Thursday night Word Study homework and read Jack book that is in the folder and retell to your family in your own words. Play Four in a Row game. Read another book together and write on the Reading Rams form. Practice identifying random numbers from 1-100 using the 1-100 number page. . Homelink 7*9 Collections of Number Names page is due tomorrow.
