Reading tips:
*It is never too early to encourage reading. Read to your children on a daily basis. Most children love having a bedtime story read to them by their favorite people - parents!
*Develop a home library - children love to read books over and over.
*Allow your children to express their interests in the selection of books they read.
*Establish regular times for reading. Turn the TV and radio off when you share books.
*Read aloud to your children and don't be afraid to ham it up as you read! Vary the volume, speed, and pitch of your voice according to the storyline.
***Enjoy the time with your child.
